Anthrax/Bomb Hoax at Courthouse

What was supposed to be a preliminary hearing on trespassing charges, turned into a situation that put Erie County sheriff`s deputies on high alert. 48 year old Bruce Calhoun was scheduled to be in central court for a preliminary hearing on trespassing. When he came to court, he allegedly told deputies he had anthrax and a bomb. The incident was a hoax, but Calhoun could face several charges for the stunt.
