Christmas 2006 Deadly on Roads

It has been a more dangerous and more deadly Christmas on Pennsylvania roads this year. During the four day holiday, from Friday until Monday, State Police are reporting eight people killed in traffic crashes. Another 319 were injured and a total of 906 accidents were investigated by troopers. The number of fatalities marked a dramatic increase over Christmas 2005, when only two people were killed during the three day holiday period.
