Murder Suspect Facing Trial
The man accused of killing an Erie woman and her unborn child will go to trail.
A preliminary hearing for 25 year old Charles Brandt took place in Erie County court this afternoon and all charges were bound to over to trial.
Brandt is charged in the September murders of 27 year old Jennifer Pytlarz and her unborn child.
According to police and the Erie County DA, Pytlarz was strangled to death on September 23rd.
Her body was recovered in a shallow grave in a wooded area of Franklin Township.
A trial date has not yet been set.
