10 Thousand Pounds Of Ice Greets Winter Fest Visitors

A ten-thousand pound ice castle is in the making for the 2007 Winter Fest. It will feature a sliding board, flags and JET logo. Some local boy scouts are pitching in. They will camp out in the trailor overnight to watch the centerpiece. Planners with the Leaf, and Family Services say there will be plenty of fun filled events that include, snow boarding, cross country skiing, and horse drawn carriage rides. The event starts Sunday at noon in Frontier Park. There will be plenty of hot chocolate, and chili for everyone
