Mother of Missing Girl Wants Answers

A Meadville teenager has been missing since Valentine`s Day and her mother is pleading for help. Stephanie Taylor says she last heard from her daughter Amber Ditch, 14, on an answering machine message three days later. Taylor says Bethesda Day Care decided to make Ambur a permanent resident on the day she went missing. She thinks ambur is with a man known locally for aiding young and vulnerable runaways. Taylor says she`s filed two missing persons reports with Meadville police, and claims they`ve been uncooperative. The police chief was unavailable for comment on Saturday. Taylor says she also turned to the district attorney, mayor, state police, Children and Youth Services, and F.B.I. for help.
