 Preliminary Hearing21-year old Deandre Carr will go to trial on Criminal Homicide Charges. Wednesday, Carr appeared in Erie County Court for his preliminary hearing. Carr is charged with fatally stabbing 21-year old Davonne Jones in the neck outside Llamas bar on March 16th. He is being held without bond at the Erie County Prison.
