Bridge Closed Part of 18th St. was shut down for a short time Wednesday night. City police were called to the bridge on 18th St. over the Bayfront Connector where a man was sitting with his legs dangling over the bridge. After about an hour they were able to eventually get the man off the bridge. His name was not released. The road later re-opened.
