
Gas prices across the nation have gone up over the past two weeks. According to a national survey, the average price of a regular gallon of gas rose more than eight cents over the past two weeks, to $2.87. That amounts to a 69-cent increase since late January. Here are some of the prices you can expect in our area. In Erie, a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.75 at the Country Fair on West 8th Street. It's also $2.75 at the Sheetz on Buffalo Road. In Sorry, a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.79 at the Kwik Fill on North Center Street. And at the Country Fair in McKean the price is $2.77.
