If you're looking to get rid of those old electronics lying around the house, here is some good news for Erie County residents. The county has scheduled four spring and summer e-Waste Recycling Events. The first one is this Saturday, April 28th at the North East Township Municpal Building. Other events are May 19 at JoAnna Connell School in Erie, June 9 at Iroquois High School in Lawrence Park, and June 23 at General McLane High School in Edinboro. The hours of operation will be from 9 am to 2pm. At these recycling events you can get rid of televisions, microwaves, computers, VCR's, and other electronic equipment. Each event is limited to 250 participants, so you need to pre- register. Call 814-425-7773 or click on www.eriecountyrecycling.com for more information.
