EMTA Worker Threat

 A former EMTA worker is accused of threatening to kill  one his co-workers. 46 year old Augustus Allen III was arrested Thursday after he threated to shoot his co-workers with an assault riffle. Erie police say Allen made the threat at the EMTA offices during a meeting over his firing. EMTA dismissed him on April 20th. According to the criminal complaint -- Allen said he would "Come back to this place with my A.K-47 and shoot this place up." Allen is charged with one count of making terroristic threats. He was placed in the Erie county prison and released on $25,000 bond. Allen is the third person city police have arrested on threat charges since the Virginia Tech massacre on April 16th.
