Gingerich Bail Hearing

A convicted killer accused of luring his daughter from a local Amish community is free on bail. 41-year old Edward Gingerich is charged with taking his 17-year old daughter Mary from the Amish community where she lived with his parents. Following a bail hearing Friday afternoon, Gingerich posted 100-thousand dollars bail. He faces a list of bail restrictions including no contact with his daughter, parents or brothers. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 29.
