Lexington Road Accident

A one car accident injured two people early Sunday morning. The accident happened just after midnight on Lexington Road in Girard Township. Police believe 25-year old Matthew Dieteman was traveling south on Lexington road when he lost control of his car, rolling over and traveling about 84 feet. The passenger, 32 year old Gerald Stellmach was ejected from the vehicle. Both victims were taken to Hamot Medical Center, where they are listed in serious condition. Dieteman was found to be under the influence of alcohol and is facing a DUI charge along with other traffic violations.
