Movie Theater Gone!

watch video
Demolition A partially built Regal Cinema movie theater has stood on the West Side of the Millcreek Mall for years.

It was abandoned after the theater changed its mind about the project. It looked rather odd standing among retail stores and hotels right along Interstate 79, but no more. Millcreek Mall officials say the walls are being knocked down to make way for another hotel.

This time a TownePlace Suites which is a member of the Marriot Hotel Chain will be built on the property.
