A Ludlow man who harbored Ralph "Bucky" Phillips was sentenced in federal court Wednesday. 31-year old, Todd Nelson, pleaded guilty back in January to receiving, possessing and concealing stolen guns. He reportedly received 35 guns from former wanted fugitive Ralph "Bucky" Phillips. On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Sean McLaughlin sentenced him to 23 months and 27 days. Nelson is currently serving a 9-23 month sentence in a McKean Couny jail for hindering the apprehension and prosecution of Phillips. Phillips stayed in Nelson's home and left with a nine millimeter pistol in August.
