Motorcycle Accident

The driver of a bike is in critical condition after he fell from his motorcycle and slammed his head on the pavement. According to police, the driver was not wearing a helmet when the accident happened around 7:45 P.M. Saturday evening near the intersection of Essex and East 38th street. Witnesses say a car pulled out in front of the motorcycle, he lost control and fell to the pavement. He was taken to Hamot Medical Center where he's being treated for head injuries.
