Nexstar CEO Honored

Nexstar BroadcastingThe Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters held its awards dinner Sunday night in Harrisburg. The man of the night was Nexstar President and CEO Perry Sook. He was honored as broadcaster of the year. Former JET-TV general manager Louie Gatozzi presented Sook with the award. Of course, Nexstar is the owner of JET-TV and also manages FOX 66. Sook says stations are at their best when they give people local news when they want it, not when they are scheduled to get it. From all of us here at JET and FOX 66 we want to congratulate Mr. Sook on a job well done.
