watch video
Good CauseA Vermont man is taking a trip from Hartford, Connecticut to Los Angeles, California.

What makes this trip unusual is he's walking backwards the entire trip. William Kathan, known as Mr. Bill, began his walk on April 5th.

He figures he'll be in California sometime in September.

Kathan says he walking the more than 3 thousand miles backwards to raise awareness and money for the youth development foundation, a group dedicated to children.

Kathan averages about 25 miles a day walking backwards across the country.
