Cherry Hill Rd. Brush Fire

watch video
Fire crews have been busy as another brush fire in our area has broken out. It's the second in just 24 hours.

Fortunately, quick actions by both the homeowner and firefighters kept the fire from growing out of control .

Crews were called to 12940 West Cherry Hill Road in Conneaut Township just before 3 Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters say a woman was burning two seperate brush piles in her yard when the fires began to spread.  Wind and dry conditions helped ignite the blaze. Firefighters had the fires under control in minutes. No one was hurt.
