State Cop Busted
A suspended Pennsylvania State Trooper is in the Crawford County jail.
Joseph J. Scobbo III, of Rochester faces numerous charges in connection with an altercation in North Shenango Township.
State police accuse Scobbo of slapping a woman there and using his truck to ram a garage door at that home.
Scobbo is suspended from the troop for reasons unrelated to this incident.
He fled the scene, but surrendered to authorities later.
He was jailed on 25- thousand dollars straight bond.
