Greenville Fatal Accident

 An accident in Mercer County claimed the life of one man Sunday night. State Police were called to Sheakleyville Road in Greenville shortly after 9:00 p.m. Sunday night. 18-year old Zachery Shook was traveling east on the road when he struck a deer. After striking the deer he parked his car in the middle of the roadway and exited his vehicle. Shook was then struck by an oncoming Dodge Dakota, traveling west bound on the road. He died on the scene due to injuries. One other car that was following the Dodge Dakota suffered minor damage. The drivers of those cars were not injured in the accident.
