2nd Rape Suspect Turns Himself In

 A 2nd Erie man accused of raping a 13 year old girl is now behind bars.  21 year old Savalle Qualls turned himself into the Erie police just after 9:00 Monday night.

Qualls and 18 year old Terrance Jordan are charged with sexually assaulting the teenager on March 20th.

Jordan told police that he and his cousin both had sex with the girl, who they believed was 16 years old.
