Robert Stratton, Sr., says his family is being threatened by associates of the man who hit him in the head with a brick in a vicious east side attack. Last April an attacker smashed a brick into the back of Stratton's head. Stratton had extensive brain surgery to repair the damage but he still has to have a full-time aide to help care for him. Stratton's Attacker - Josh McCloud - is serving a minimum sentence of 10 and 1/2 years in prison. The Strattons say they are being threatened by McCloud's Family and Friends. The family says they were in their truck at the intersection of 12th and Wallace Streets in the City of Erie when a group of young men approached them and started yelling insults and threats. The family members say the group threatened to kill them and made hand motions like they were shooting guns. The Strattons say they have contacted police.
