Man Charged with Luring Children

A man who tried to lure two children into his vehicle on Erie`s eastside is now behind bars. Erie police arrested James Cutter after he allegedly tried to coax two young children into his car in the 1900 block of East 19th St. Cutter is charged with interference of the custody of children and criminal attempt to lure a child into a vehicle. He was caught after one of the kids parents got the suspects license plate number.
