New Bayfront Plan Unveiled
Plans to develop the other side of Erie`s bayfront are starting to take shape.
What`s known to most people in Erie as the McAllister Building could soon be home to 70,000 square feet of new development.
It would include a parking ramp, retail and office space and fifteen apartments.
The port authority believes completing the project will bring more year round use to the bayfront.
However some council members are concerned before moving forward.. that the project accomodates everyone.. from regular people to local fisherman.
