Zoo Parade

watch video
The Zoo Parade is a sure sign that spring has sprung in the City of Erie.

Thousands of people crowded State Street Saturday - a downright perfect day for the annual Zoo Parade.

About 100 units hit the pavement in the 42nd annual parade. Clowns, candy, and those famous miniature cars were a big hit with the kids.

Marching bands, motorcycles and even some animals from the Erie Zoo rounded out the parade.

Of course, the WJET-TV and FOX 66 News parade crew was there, candy in hand.
