Parade "Street Scape" To Begin

Parade Street is finally set for a long-awaited makeover. During a forum at the Saint Benedict Education Center announced that this spring, from East 6th Street to East 15th Street you`ll be seeing some big changes on Parade. The "Street Scape Project" will revitalize sidewalks, benches and new trees will be planted... City Council president Rubye Jenkins-Husband, along with District Attorney Brad Foulk were on hand at today`s event. They joined the executive director of the redevelopement authority answering questions from anxious citizens concerning the current state of parade street.
