Chief fire inspector Guy Santone tells us 87% of all heating fire stem from chimneys...

    It's important for people to know that if you want to use your chimney make sure it's inspected and cleaned at least once a year.

    The damage could be significant and the fire could get into the structure of the house.

    Santone says space heaters could also be a hazard.
