Linh Truong

Linh joined the JET 24/FOX 66 team in September 2012.  She has lived in San Francisco and Sacramento, but is happy to be back on the east coast where she grew up.  She is originally from Carlisle, PA.  She originally wanted to be a newspaper reporter, but after a local television station visited her college, she quickly changed gears and has never looked back.  Linh received her BS in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and BA in Radio and Television both from San Francisco State University.  She took her first broadcasting job at KRCR in California.  She is excited about getting the opportunity to forecast east coast weather and cannot wait to experience all four seasons in Erie.  When she is not forecasting she likes to try new restaurants around town, workout, shop, bowl (highest score 204) and play Words with Friends.  You can reach Linh at ltruong@wjettv.com.
