Edinboro Woman Headed To Trial Over Fatal Car Crash
An Edinboro woman will be headed to trial facing serious charges stemming out of a fatal car crash that happened over the summer.
Twenty-nine-year-old Kristin Graves was in court today as witnesses testified in a preliminary hearing about events they saw moments before and moments after the crash that killed 29-year-old Kyle Rohan.
Erie police say 29-year-old Kristin Graves was drunk when the jeep she was driving rolled on the Bayfront Highway.
Now she is facing charges after one of her passengers was killed in the crash back on July 10.
Grave's two passengers were ejected. Twenty-nine-year-old Kyle Rohan was dead at the scene.
The other passenger Ryan King suffered a concussion, and was not called to testify.
Today a judge bound all charges over to court in the preliminary hearing.
But attorneys for Graves at this point say the prosecution needs to make a better argument for whether or not Graves was in fact the driver.
