October 9, 2012 - If you're interested in dinosaurs and Jurassic history, then you'll want to stop by the dinosaur exhibit at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center.

The Age of Dinosaurs exhibit opens Saturday October 13th and runs through February 21st.

The exhibit includes a cast of an adolescent t-rex skull and a fleshed-out re-creation of a marine reptile known as the plesiosaur.

But if you visit the exhibit, you'll see much more.

"We've got two t-rex here and one of them is an adolescent and this adolescent is the first one of its kind that's ever been found and this is the first time it's ever been shown to anybody scientists or the general public," said Scott McKenzie, Mercyhurst University assistant professor of Geology.

The exhibit is free and open to the public during TRECS business hours, from 10am to 6pm daily.
