Clifton Barney Will Head Back To Prison
October 10, 2012-- A man who investigators say played a role in many Erie incidents over the years, most recently a shooting will head back to jail
Clifton Barney was in court
Wednesday for a probation revocation hearing, where a judge ruled that Barney
will spend 6 months in Erie County Prison for violating probation for
possession of a firearm.
It stems from a 2008 homicide where
15 year old Daquan Crosby was struck by Barney's bullet during a robbery.
Most recently Barney was involved in
a shooting incident on Erie's east side in September where he himself was shot
along with 22 year old Sammica Roberts who later died.
Police said Barney would not cooperate fully in the investigation.
