Democratic Candidate Has Strong Lead In Race For State Senate

New internal polling numbers released today show the Democrat candidate with a strong lead over the Republican in the race for state senate.

 

Democrat Sean Wiley has a 19 point lead over Republican Janet Anderson, 57 percent to 38 percent, with six percent of the voters still undecided.

 

This is according to the internal poll conducted by Thirty-Ninth Street Strategies which interviewed 400 likely voters in the 49th district.

 

When it comes to favorability, 51 percent of those polled find Wiley favorable. Anderson gets a 36 percent favorability rating.
