Man Threatens To Jump From Girard Bridge
State police closed a section of Route 20 in Girard after a man was threatening to jump from the bridge that crosses Elk Creek.
To add to the confusion, police were not sure if the 24 year old man had a weapon.
It took nearly 45 minutes before the man was taken into custody. He was taken to Millcreek Community Hospital for observation.
