Police Seek Suspect in Church Burglaries

Millcreek and City of Erie Police are looking for a suspect in the theft of money from candle boxes in Our Lady of Peace and St. Luke on October 28.

These pictures were captured by surveillance cameras in one of the churches.

The suspect is a white man, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt  under a black and white plaid coat.

He has on blue jeans and white sneakers.  

He is also wearing a black and gold ball cap with a white circle logo on the front.  It may be a Steeler or Penguin emblem. 

 Anyone with information is asked to contact Erie Police Detective Tom Gray at 870-1169 or Millcreek Police Lieutenant Mike Dougan at 833-7777
