Ramos Released and Re-arrested
A man who spent the last twenty five years in prison for abusing a young boy in the Allegheny National Forest walked out of jail and back into trouble today.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 69 year old Jose Ramos was immediately re-arrested and put back in jail for a Megan's Law violation.
As a sex offender, Ramos is required to provide an address to law enforcement. According to police the address Ramos gave on his release from SCI Dallas is no longer accurate.
