Man Wanted From Hit-and-Run Accident Turns Himself In

November 9, 2012 - The man wanted in connection to a fatal hit and run that happened on November 8th in the town of Hanover has turned himself in.

    Jeremiah Burgess of Silver Creek, New York went with his attorney to the Chautauqua County District Attorney's office today.

    Police say Burgess cooperated with investigators.

    The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending the completion of final autopsy and toxicology report.
