Flatts Road Crash Kills Two

The driver of one car was pronounced dead at the scene... and the driver of the second car was life-flighted to the hospital and died 45 minutes later.

State Police tell us that 46-year-old Karen Riedel of Corry was traveling north on Flatts
Road...
While
making a right hand turn, Riedel crossed over both double yellow lines spinning
off into the southbound lanes striking
a second car.
The driver of that vehicle, 68 year old Ronald Oberlander of
Oberlander was pronounced
dead at the scene.
Riedel was airlifted to UPMC Hamot and died while undergoing treatment.
Oberlander was driving alone, but Riedel had her two children with her...
They are 8 and 10 years old, we're told their injuries were minor.
