Thanksgving Meals at Local Charities in Erie

November 13, 2012 - Local charities including the Erie City Mission, Emmaus Soup Kitchen, the Abundant Life Church and the Community of Caring are ready to celebrate Thanksgiving.

    AbundantLifeChurch at 8th and Parade Streets is having the earliest Thanksgiving celebration Wednesday, November 14, at 3pm.

    Emmaus Soup Kitchen will host Thanksgiving this Thursday, November 15, beginning at 3:30pm.

    The Community of Caring will have a Thanksgiving celebration on November 20th starting at 11am.

    The Erie City Mission has their Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday at 11:30am.

    The City Mission will be giving away 1,200 turkey baskets to those in need on Monday, November 19 after 6am.
