Several Assault Charges Dropped Agaisnt Suspended High School Teacher

November 29, 2012 - Six charges filed against a suspended high school teacher have been dropped but three still remain.

David Montgomery was accused of indecent assault against three boys ages 12, 9 and 6 in 2010.

According to police the offenses happened while Montgomery was baby sitting the children, not in his capacity as a teacher.

This week the commonwealth dropped 6 of 9 charges against Montgomery.

Those were the charges for the 2 youngest alleged victims.

Montgomery still faces 3 charges including indecent assault for the oldest boy in the case.

Comments

If already 6 of those charges are dropped...maybe this man IS innocent...and if that is the case, this man's life is already ruined because of charges that were brought to everyone's attention...not all people charged in cases like this are guilty...most are, but there ARE some who aren't guilty...we will have to wait and see what REALLY went on here...to those who ARE guilty...to me, there isn't a jail sentence that concur's with what they have done to ANY victim!!

As a victim as a child, Mr Montgomery should never see the light of day again!!!!!
