Unused Medications Collected
A pound a day, that's how much unused medications have been dropped off at the Corry Police Barracks.
Staff from the Erie County Department of Health and LECOM went to the Corry city police barracks to sort, classify and weigh the medications that were collected from August 31st until December 10th.
They collected 96.7 pounds in the last three months.
Since the start of the program on July 9th of this year, a total of 154 pounds of medication have been collected in just as many days.
