December 11th, 2012

A big meeting tonight on what could be the biggest celebration the city of Erie has ever seen.

Tonight the Perry 200 Committee will hold an informational dinner at six pm at the Jefferson Educational Society.

This is the first step in getting local groups interested in taking part in the Perry 200 Grand Patriotic Parade.

The parade is scheduled to take place on May 25th 2013.

The parade is being modeled after the massive Erie Bi-Centennial celebration back in 1995.

This informational dinner will announce details such as registration for float building clinics and other parade information.
