Man Charged In Series of Burglaries

Erie police charged another man in connection to several house burglaries in the city.
Twenty-year-old Robert Rieger was allegedly involved in four home burglaries that date back to November 2011.
He faces charges including burglary.
Nineteen-year-old Pablo Mendez was reportedly involved and also charged with burglary.
Eighteen-year-old Juan Cartagena was also charged in connection to the same string of burglaries.
Erie police say 18 houses were burglarized by these three and two juveniles.

These punk freaks are all too typical of the loser trash scumbags here in trashcan Erie. Why aren't all of them being charged with felony criminal conspiracy and felony operation of a criminal organization? What is the DA's office doing to protect us from these gang members? Are your trash kids involved in this sort of criminal activity? You'd be surprised.
