December 11th, 2012

As the seasons change, sometimes peoples' emotions and feelings do too.

It's a common form of depression known as Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Doctors say "sad" is a change in mood that mirrors the change in seasons.

Most people notice the depression in the late fall or early winter.

It's a depression related to light, and with so many cloudy days in Erie, the number of people with "sad" is higher than other cities.

Doctors say it's better to catch it early.

If you're feeling blue, it's important to get outside on sunny days and exercise.
