DECEMBER 13, 2012- Family, friends and peace activists take the site of another violent death.

The city's latest take back the site vigil was held outside a house in the 400 block of West 17th Street....

That's where 51-year-old Mary Ann Smith was allegedly the victim of a domestic dispute turned deadly.

51-year-old Jeffrey Selby has been arraigned on a charge of homicide.

Meanwhile, tonight's vigil was described as a way for people to support each during the grieving process.
