    A hotel in downtown Erie was the target of a robbery last night.
    At eleven o' clock last night, Erie police were called to the Downtown Erie Hotel at 18 west 18th street for an apparent robbery.
    According to police, two men entered the hotel to plan the crime before leaving.
    They returned a short time later, jumped over the counter and removed the cash register drawer.
    The suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction with about three hundred dollars, and are described as two men dressed in black.
    No weapons were used in the robbery.
