Erie City Council Expected to Appoint Winarski as President

December 27, 2012 - With a new year, comes a new president for Erie City Council.

    January 2nd is council's reorganization meeting.

    Council is expected to appoint Jim Winarski as its next president.

    Winarski will replace Curtis Jones Jr. who was president throughout 2012.
