County Council Solicitor Tom Talarico says Ebert Beeman's attorney missed the deadline to appeal his removal from council.

Talarico tells us today that Judge Ernest DiSantis issued an order to remove former Councilman Ebert Beeman from office...

Talarico says the order advised Beeman's attorney, Jeffery Del Fuoco that he had 30 days to appeal...and December 31st was the last day, which Talarico says, he missed.

Del Fuoco announced today that he has filed a notice of appeal with the Erie County Court of Common Pleas seeking Pennsylvania Supreme Court review and reversal of Judge DiSantis' removal of Beeman from office.
