Flu numbers continue their upward spiral.

The Erie County Health Department has logged 447 total cases so far this season.

Last week 160 new cases were reported as professionally diagnosed.

A total of 22 of flu related deaths have been reported statewide.

Despite scattered reports of vaccine shortages elsewhere, there is no lack of vaccine in Erie County. The Health Department says at least a thousand doses are still available.
