The U.S. Supreme Court has denied Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong's request to hear her appeal.

Diehl-Armstrong wanted the Supreme Court to review the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' rejection of her appeal on Nov. 15.  The 3rd Circuit ruling affirmed Diehl-Armstrong's November 2010 conviction.

Diehl-Armstrong was convicted of conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery and two other charges related to the August 2003 death of pizza deliveryman Brian Wells, killed when a bomb locked to his neck exploded.

Diehl -Armstrong was sentenced in 2011 to life plus 30 years
