Local Contractor's Court Appearance Delayed

Millcreek Police, along with the City of Erie and Pennsylvania State Police investigators have been filing charges against a former local contractor.

 

Martin Deniziak was scheduled to appear before District Judge Tom Robie today, but that has been delayed.

 

Deniziak is accused of taking deposits to perform construction jobs, but not completing the required work.

 

Among the three police agencies, more than twenty cases are pending against Deniziak. His business involved home improvements, siding and windows installation.

 

His hearing is now scheduled for March 11.
